客流计支持与隐私政策

客流计是一款用于门店、商场、场馆与候选铺位现场调查的轻量客流计数工具。

中文支持

快速使用

  1. 在首页选择“经过客流”或“场所到访”。
  2. 输入调查名称，或主动使用当前位置建议名称。
  3. 选择要统计的维度并开始。
  4. 同一个人只点击一个最符合的按钮。
  5. 每轮默认 15 分钟；可以暂停、撤销或提前完成。
  6. 在汇总页继续下一轮，比较同一地点的累计、均值和峰值。

免费版能完成多少轮？

可以免费完成 2 轮调查。开始第 3 轮前会显示完整版页面。

完整版是订阅吗？

不是。完整版是一次性买断，购买后永久解锁不限次数调查。

拒绝定位还能使用吗？

可以。定位只用于建议一个可编辑的调查名称，你始终可以手动命名。

换设备后如何恢复购买？

在完整版页面点击“恢复购买”，并确保设备登录了购买时使用的 Apple 账户。调查记录只保存在原设备上，不会随购买恢复。

客流计是一款本地运行的现场客流计数工具。本政策说明 App 如何处理信息。

我们不收集的数据

客流计不要求创建账户，不接入广告或第三方分析 SDK，也不会把调查记录发送到开发者服务器。开发者不会收集、出售或共享你的个人数据。

保存在设备上的数据

App 会在当前设备上保存调查名称、计数方式、分类计数、时间、轮次、日期标记、备注、可选的地点名称和地点快照，以及完整版购买状态。这些信息只用于恢复调查、显示历史记录和计算汇总。App 当前不提供云同步。

定位权限

定位是可选功能。只有当你主动使用当前位置自动命名时，App 才会请求“使用 App 时”的定位权限，并用当前位置建议一个可编辑的调查名称。拒绝权限不影响计数或购买功能。

App 内购买

完整版购买由 Apple App Store 和 StoreKit 处理。开发者不会取得你的银行卡号或付款凭证。App 只读取 Apple 提供的商品信息和交易权益状态。

删除数据

你可以在 App 中删除某一轮或整项调查。卸载 App 会移除本机数据，且当前版本无法通过云同步恢复。

Footfall Tally is a field counter for storefront checks, retail audits, venue operations, and site selection.

Quick Start

  1. Choose Passing Footfall or Venue Visits.
  2. Enter a survey name or request an optional location-based suggestion.
  3. Choose what to count and start the round.
  4. Assign each person to one best-matching button.
  5. A round defaults to 15 minutes. You can pause, undo, or finish early.
  6. Continue from the summary to compare the same place over time.

How many rounds are free?

You can complete two survey rounds for free. Full Access appears before a third round can begin.

Is Full Access a subscription?

No. It is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited surveys.

Can I use the app without location access?

Yes. Location is used only to suggest an editable survey name. Manual naming is always available.

Footfall Tally is an on-device field-counting tool. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Data We Do Not Collect

Footfall Tally does not require an account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Survey records are not sent to a developer-operated server. The developer does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

Data Stored on Your Device

The app stores survey names, count modes, categorized counts, timestamps, rounds, date tags, notes, an optional place name and location snapshot, and the Full Access entitlement on the current device. This data is used only to restore work, show local history, and calculate summaries. The app does not currently offer cloud sync.

Location Permission

Location is optional. The app requests When In Use access only when you explicitly request location-based naming. It suggests an editable survey name. Denying access does not affect counting or purchases.

In-App Purchases

Apple processes Full Access purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. The developer does not receive your card number or payment credentials. The app reads only the product and entitlement information needed to display pricing, unlock features, and restore purchases.

Data Deletion

You can delete a round or an entire survey in the app. Uninstalling the app removes local data, which cannot currently be recovered through cloud sync.
